Solar Portable Lanterns

A Solar Photovoltaic Lantern is a lighting system consisting of lamp, battery and high efficient electronics all placed in a suitable compact enclosure made of plastic along with an external Solar Photo Voltaic module. The battery is charged by electricity generated by the PV Module. The lantern is a portable lighting device suitable for either indoor or outdoor lighting covering a full range of 360°.

The Enolar Solar Portable Lantern is a quiet, Rechargeable, battery power source designed for small remote lighting needs. This silent Rugged lantern has dual charging capability, can be charged by solar panel as well as conventional AC during rainy season. The Solar Portable Lantern is housed in a compact looking enclosure with handles for convenient carrying and utilizes state of the art solar technology for battery charging. The fully integrated system combines the latest and most innovative technologies available providing convenient, trouble free lighting.

Features

  • Highest Efficiency Solar PV Module – Crystalline Solar Module with 10 Years Warranty. These modules are approved as per requirements of MNES, India, CEI/IEC 61215 standards by JRC, Italy and also confirms to the requirements of Electrical Protection Class II & EWG Guideline 89/932 (CE)

  • Field adjustable Solar Panel Mount – can be rotated around 360° with respect to vertical plane and can be tilted from 0 - 90° with respect to Horizontal Plane to obtain maximum light facing the sun.

  • Lantern Housing – Aesthetically designed indoor light made of Impact resistant ABS and the chimney is of transparent acrylic for maximum light output. It has a centrally elevated chrome plated reflector for better light dispersal.

  • Electronics – It comes with a very high efficiency electronics consisting of a Modified Sine wave high frequency inverter and charge controller with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology & Temperature Compensation for proper charging of the battery irrespective of ambient conditions. The electronics is also provided with protections like overcharge protection, Deep Discharge protection, open circuit & Short circuit protection.

  • Battery – Battery used is Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) battery. The battery provides uninterrupted power for the light with 3 days autonomy.

  • Independent of Grid Power
